 All our Boston Terriers are AKC Registered,

• Come with a 1 year written health guarantee,

• Have had a complete physical exam by a licensed veterinarian,

• Come with a Puppy Starter Packet (puppy food, warm blanket that smells like mom and a favorite toy) 

• Have had puppy shots appropriate to their age,

• Have been wormed as recommended for their age.

• ** We can also AVID micro-chip a pup in your name, for an additional $25.00

Inquiry

When inquiring about a puppy, please reference it by it's temporary "Call Name".

ALL Inquiries must fill out an initial "INFO FORM" either by website (under "contact me") or via email.

• This form helps us with speed and efficiency
• It gives us a hard-copy in which to collect your contact information and location.
• It gives us needed information on your needs and expectations so that we can better serve you

In addition, we want the added advantage to contact you by phone should we have internet trouble or need to clarify information.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the individual puppy.

For example,

A miss-marked puppy, although just as endearing, may not be priced as high as one with the more expected face. Some prices may appear on the web site and some may not. There may be any number of reasons for this. We are only an email away. Please ask. 

Deposit

Deposit of $350 (USD) is required to hold a puppy.

**No deposit will be accepted prior to agreement of sale by Legends Kennel!

Some pups will not be available even if shown because of our waiting list.

**NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED once it arrives, except in cases that the puppy becomes sick or dies within my care.  So, by securing  your choice with a deposit,  you are stating that you are ready and willing to purchase said dog.

Payment

We are capable of accepting credit cards through Paypal.

Payment may also be in Cash, or US Postal Money Order. Sufficient time must be allowed for payment method to clear before the puppy will be shipped or otherwise released.  Generally, this time will be 7-14 days prior to scheduled pick-up or shipping.

We will ship only in specific circumstances and only under favorable conditions.
Under these conditions, we only ship to major airports and the length of the journey must not be excessive.
It must be possible to pick the puppy up immediately at the destination. 

The charge for shipping a small puppy is generally $300.00 but, may change without prior notice. The cost of shipping now starts at $200 - $210.00. This does not includes the airline rated crate ($25-45) and special health check & certificate ($65), extra transition food, puppy blanket, and a favorite small toy. Included are registration papers, shot and worming records. We are now required to go to Sacramento, CA for shipping (340 miles round trip)

A larger puppy may be more or circumstances might make it less. Check with us and we will look into possible shipping arrangements.

Picking up your puppy can be very inexpensive. We have had great success with in-cabin transport.

The wording of our sales agreement may be dependent on the individual dog. But, every prospective new owner must sign and return sales agreement prior to receiving puppy.

The wording of our sales agreement will normally be similar to the following:

Sellers certify that this dog is of sound body and temperament, and in good health and free of communicable diseases to all outward appearances. Sellers will provide health records regarding the then current status of veterinary care, vaccinations and worming at the time of delivery of the dog.

Sellers will provide an AKC registration application or proof of pending litter registration as part of the purchase price. Please be honest when stating whether you are purchasing the pup for pet, show or breeding purposes. This will make it easier for us to place our pups in the best homes.

The sellers certify that, to the best of their knowledge, this dog is free from all hereditary disabling diseases.  This does not include minor conditions common to the breed, i.e., Etropian, etc.

Buyer certifies that this dog will not be used in any form of inhumane treatment of itself or any other animal, including dog fighting, pitting, or rolling, or breeding or training for these purposes, or any other illegal activities of this sort. If convicted in a court of law for activities of this sort, this sales contract becomes null and void, and buyer must return the above described dog to sellers.
